Behavioral Health & Recovery Services
The BHRS Contracts Unit is responsible for administering contracts between BHRS and its service providers in a manner that is open, fair, and competitive. The Contracts Unit also administers memoranda of understanding between BHRS and other departments or jurisdictions of the County of San Mateo and manages the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Proposals (RFP) processes.
