Details: Please join us for Menlo Park’s 5th Annual Mental Health Open Mic Night!

May is Mental Health Month, and this year’s theme is #Share4MH. Join our guest emcee, San Mateo County Poet Laureate Emerita Aileen Cassinetto, as we bring our voices together to increase awareness and inspire action to reduce stigma against those with mental health issues.

Whether in sharing experience, poetry, storytelling, or music, join us in this safe space where you can share your own words, or listen to those of others.
