Yoga to Reduce Stress

Description: Age 16+. Everyone benefits from the practice of yoga. Stress is reduced, energy is increased, the mind is relaxed and the body becomes more flexible. Come and enjoy a practice that will increase your overall sense of well-being. Open to all levels and no experience necessary. Don’t wait, try it today! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class. It is advised to wait at least two hours after a meal before practicing Yoga. Please contact (650) 985-5678 for more information.
