Description: Ages 50+. This class includes Pilates, a combination of movements to strengthen your entire body. Yoga improves flexibility and exercises your joints, teaches you correct breathing, balance, strength, and proper body alignment, and teaches you how to relax. Pilates’ main focus is on the abdominals, lower back, buttocks, and inner thighs. This is an ongoing, drop-in class. $5/class.  Visit or call (650) 991-8001 for more information.
