Location: Veteran’s Memorial Senior Center, Adaptive Physical Education Room (1455 Madison Avenue, Redwood City)
Description: Ages 65+. The focus of this class is to increase strength and muscle mass. Benefits include increased bone density to prevent osteoporosis, increase metabolic rate to decrease body fat and improve balance. Instructed by Certified Fitness Instructor Scott Lohmann, who will design individualized programs based on the goals and limitations of every person in the class. No registration required.
