The purpose of this RFP is to identify a collaborative(s) of community-based agencies to provide culturally appropriate outreach, psycho-education, screening, referral and warm hand-off services in collaboration with San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS). Previously, the outreach collaborative services for the two regions were in separate RFPs, but have now been combined into one RFP to support the coordination of programmatic goals, expected outcomes and evaluations across the broader outreach collaborative strategy and provide a more streamlined and expeditious process.
