Welcome to the strategic planning process for Public Health, Policy & Planning (PHPP). This process is an important opportunity for us to come together as a team, both internal staff and community members, to define our vision for the future health of San Mateo County residents, as well as the goals and objectives that we need to achieve to make that vision a reality. PHPP is implementing a strategic planning process that will help guide programs and activities for the division.
