Come join us as we honor May Mental Health Month, promoting mental and spiritual wellness. On Saturday, May 11, we are hosting a wellness open mic event to celebrate healing community connections through the sharing of our collective creative expressions.

Performer Guidelines: 

• Ensure artistic expression is centered around mental and/or spiritual wellbeing 
• Timeframe: 3 to 5 minutes 
• No explicit language
