Details: Create your own personalized self-care safety box! We will guide you through a series of fun, arts-and-crafts activities to reflect upon the positive connections and supportive relationships in your life. We will also walk you through the steps for creating a basic safety plan for use in crisis. You’ll leave with your very own customized kit full of items and memories to help you get through tough times.
