Menlo Fitness Boot Camp

Description: Boot Camp philosophy has evolved beyond military-type drills and teamwork. The point is still to get a great workout with lots of intensity, but your coach will modify the workouts as needed for your fitness level, skill, and needs — individual attention even in a group program. Coaches educate, motivate, and create a team environment that brings success to every participant. We welcome all ages and fitness levels, and promise you’ll have a blast while getting in great shape. The daily emphasis alternates between total body and core/cardio.
