The County of San Mateo Health Systems’ Emergency Medical Services Division, Health Emergency Preparedness Unit is soliciting proposals for a provider to coordinate, develop and implement one functional exercise based on CHEMPACK deployment (including a Tabletop Exercise), one full-scale exercise with terrorist attack on the water system and the use of CERT members from 22 cities.
