BHRS is conducting a survey through the Request for Letters of Interest (RFI) process to determine whether organizations and/or individuals are interested in submitting proposals for enhanced treatment and residential services for persons with complex needs.  If enough interest is demonstrated, BHRS may issue a Request for Proposals (RFP).
