Throughout September, cities across San Mateo County are recognizing Suicide Prevention Month and reaffirming their commitment to building safer, more connected communities where everyone can find hope, support, and a sense of belonging.

City proclamations are an opportunity for local leaders and community members to come together, raise awareness, and recognize that suicide prevention is a shared responsibility. We invite you to join us at a city council meeting to show your support and help carry hope forward, together.
