Description: Walking outdoors is a great way to exercise and enjoy nature. Join this walking group, bring your family, and learn about wildflowers, birds and the biodiversity of the park. Description: Zumba dance is a fitness program that involves cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Participants follow a choreography which incorporates Latin Rhythms, Cumbia Electrónica, Dance, and Electro-Tribal. Exercise while learning new dance and music styles.
