Looking for your COVID-19 vaccination record?

The California Department of Public Health has created an online portal where you can access your vaccination information. The site will give you a digital copy of your vaccine record, which you can also print. Go to myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov.

If you notice an error in the state’s record, please contact the entity that gave you the vaccine to get the information corrected.

In honor of Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Mental Health Day, join us in South San Francisco to celebrate our many AANHPI cultures, bridge connections across ethnicities and generations, and empower our community towards wellness.

May 24 and 31 - Youth Mental Health First Aid 

In just two half days, learn how you can help someone in distress and get the tools to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in youth. The training is in Half Moon Bay. Register by May 17.
