SNF Ready Meeting Schedule
The San Mateo County Skilled Nursing Facility Coalition (SNF Ready) meets the second Tuesday, from11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, every other month at EMS Agency Offices, located at 801 Gateway Blvd., 2nd Floor, South San Francisco. Attendees should plan on bringing a lunch to meetings. Those unable to attend in person may join by conference line (contact EMS for staff for details).

San Mateo County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is excited to sponsor the official launch of the San Mateo County Skilled Nursing Facility Coalition (SNF Ready).
This event marks a new era of partnerships across the county to bolster response, recovery and mitigation activities related to SNF disaster operations.
Throughout the day, attendees from various medical and emergency response entities will discuss the details of our vision and the new CMS emergency preparedness guidelines. In addition, there will be a community-based tabletop exercise to assess SNF disaster preparedness.

Continuing education credits will be provided by California Association of Healthcare Facilities.
