When will I receive my first set of timesheets?

You will receive your timesheets when you have completed the enrollment process and your client’s case has been opened. You can call our Intake Specialist, Patty Perez, to find out the status of your enrollment at: (650) 573-2183.

When should I submit my timesheets?

Timesheets should be submitted immediately following the end of the pay periods on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month.

How do I sign up for Electronic Timesheets?

To register, go to the Electronic Timesheet Website

Why should I sign up for Electronic Timesheets?

You can submit your timesheets directly online, check the status of a timesheet or pay check, see your timesheet history and sign up for direct deposit. You will also get paid faster since you won’t have to receive and send timesheets through the postal service.

How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

Use this State Direct Deposit form SOC 829 and mail it to the address at the bottom of the back page. You can visit this page for more information.

Is Direct Deposit automatic if I sign up for Electronic Timesheets?

No, but you can sign up for Direct Deposit via the Electronic Timesheet website, if you have registered for Electronic Timesheets.

If I do not use Electronic Timesheets, how do I submit my timesheet?

Send your paper timesheet in to the Timesheet Processing Facility in Chico, CA in the envelope provided with your timesheet.

When will I get my next timesheet?

Timesheets are mailed separately from the pay check. They are mailed from Sacramento as soon as your last timesheet is processed.

When will I get my paycheck?

The State of California has 10 business days to issue your check from the date your timesheet is received at the Timesheet Processing Facility in Chico, CA. Remember, weekends and holidays may delay your payment. You can call the IHSS Provider Help Desk to inquire about your pay check: 1-866-376-7066.

What if I lose my timesheet?

Call your Payroll Specialist to request a replacement. The replacement will be mailed on the next business day from Sacramento.

 What if I make a mistake on my timesheet?

If you make a minor mistake on your timesheet, you can cross it out and neatly write the correct number in the box. See the Timesheet Tips form Timesheet Tips for details.

How do I submit a change of address?

Use this Change of Address form Change of Address and return it to us at 225 37th Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403. Or you can call your Payroll Specialist to ask them to mail you the form, or stop by our office for one. You can also fax us your written address change request, signed and dated by you, to fax number (650) 573-2310.

How do I request a duplicate W-2?

Call your Payroll Specialist to request a duplicate W-2. Please not that during tax season, duplicates for the current tax year cannot be requested until the end of February.
