Looking for your COVID-19 vaccination record?

The California Department of Public Health has created an online portal where you can access your vaccination information. The site will give you a digital copy of your vaccine record, which you can also print. Go to myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov.

If you notice an error in the state’s record, please contact the entity that gave you the vaccine to get the information corrected.

Help us plan for the future of San Mateo County Parks by taking this short survey. Share your insight and experiences.

San Mateo County Parks is embarking on a strategic planning process for our interpretive programs and resources and we want to hear from you! You may have heard of and even participated in some of the current programs, such as Take a Hike, Junior Ranger, Movies in the Park and the Kite Festival. The Parks Department also manages park interpretive panels and visitor centers, provide school classroom visits, partner with volunteer and park friends groups, and partner with San Mateo County Health staff as part of the Park Rx program.
