Event: Hipzotic Dance Fitness

Description: Basic Hula, Bellydance and
Tahitian dances inspired hip movements incorporated with simple
steps from other dance generes like Hip Hop, Latin, Jazz,
Aerobics, etc. A low to medium impact dance exercise and
body conditioning class for all “shakes” and sizes. Ideal for
people who love exercising through dance. Try the first 3

Event: Dragon Boat Racing (group canoe)
Date: Saturdays @ 10:30AM – 12:00 PM

Description: All ages and levels of experience
are welcome, paddlers range in age from 14 to 65 years young.
Training, racing, traveling, making friends, enjoying good food.

Event: Open Gym Basketball and
League

Description: Ages 16+. The Foster City Parks and
Recreation Department invites you to come join us Saturday nights
for non-competitive pickup games or free play

Event: Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Paddling

Description: Aloha! Are you looking for a fun
way to get in or stay in shape? Are you competitive? Do you enjoy
being on the water? Do you like to eat and have fun? If you
answered yes to some of these questions, you might like outrigger
canoe paddling and our club. We come out to practice on Sunday
mornings at 9 am until around 11:30 a.m. As we get closer to the
race season (May-Aug) there will be much more training. But for
now, our once/week training will provide a great full body
