School Share Tables

Approximately 40% of edible food in the US ends up in the landfills instead of on our plates. Share tables provide a way for schools to be part of the solution to save food and protect the environment by sharing food during lunch.

Environmental Health Services in partnership with the Office of Sustainability and RethinkWaste offers technical assistance and a toolkit to help implement food safe share tables at schools.
