San Mateo County is committed to improving services for individuals and families with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues and other complex conditions. Change Agents help create the system culture where co-occurring and complexity capability is the expectation, where providers work in partnership to offer seamless opportunities for wellness and recovery.  We are a passionate group of individuals from various treatment settings throughout San Mateo County, and the strength of Change Agents lies our diversity and dedication.
