Bringing Healthy Food to North Fair Oaks

Yolanda and Jesus, store owners of La Guadalupana Carniceria in Redwood City’s North Fair Oaks neighborhood transformed their market into a store where fresh, healthy foods are available. As part of their commitment to making North Fair Oaks a healthy community, these health heroes changed the store layout and chose to not sell alcohol or tobacco.
