Event: Drop-in Table Tennis
Date: Tuesday and Friday @ 11 AM
Location: Parks and Rec Dept., 650 Shell Rd
Description: Compete against others or just play to hone your skills with 4 sessions every week. $3 fee. Questions? Call 650-686-3386

Event: Hipzotic Dance Fitness
Date: Tuesday @ 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Location: Foster City Athletic Club, 1159 Chess Drive, Foster City
Description: Basic Hula, Bellydance and Tahitian dances inspired hip movements incorporated with simple steps from other dance generes like Hip Hop, Latin, Jazz, Aerobics, etc.  A low to medium impact dance exercise and body conditioning class for all “shakes” and sizes. Event: Bellydance
Date: Fridays @ 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Location: Foster City Athletic Club, 1159 Chess Drive, Foster City, CA
Description: Learn the basic steps and explore Bellydancing in a relaxed and friendly environment.  A low impact dance fitness class ideal for beginners or people with no dance experience but also welcome all levels.  A fun way to get light exercise while learning to dance.  Try first class for FREE, additional classes are $1/class.  For more information, please visit www.hipzotic.net or call (415) 926-HIPZ. Event: Dragon Boat Racing (group canoe)
Date: Saturdays @ 10:30AM – 12:00 PM
Location: 950 Bounty Drive, Foster City
Description: All ages and levels of experience are welcome, paddlers range in age from 14 to 65 years young. Training, racing, traveling, making friends, enjoying good food. Come out and join us and try this exciting sport! This is at the corner of Foster City Blvd and bounty Drive. Event: Open Gym Basketball and League
Date: Saturdays @ 7-10 PM
Location: Brewer Island Gym, 1150 Polynesia Drive, Foster City
Description: Ages 16+. Event: Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Paddling
Date: Sundays @ 9:00 – 11:30 AM

Description: Aloha! Are you looking for a fun way to get in or stay in shape? Are you competitive? Do you enjoy being on the water? Do you like to eat and have fun? If you answered yes to some of these questions, you might like outrigger canoe paddling and our club. We come out to practice on Sunday mornings at 9 am until around 11:30 a.m. As we get closer to the race season (May-Aug) there will be much more training.
